Online athletic registration is mandatory for all student-athletes.

Athletes must be cleared online by the Athletic Trainer before they are allowed to practice.

Start Dates

  • Fall Sports  August 10th
  • Winter Sports  November 2nd
  • Spring Sports February 1st

Registration Timeline & What You’ll Need

Registration takes approximately 20 minutes

Have the following ready before you begin:

  • Student’s personal information and Health insurance information
  • Completed Physical Evaluation Form Physical Form

Step 1: Access the Registration Site

Visit the Athletic Registration Site Home Campus

  • Returning athletes: Use last year’s login
  • New Gunn athletes: Create a new account

Step 2: Start Clearance

  • Click “For Student & Parents” (upper right corner)
  • Type “Gunn” in the School field
  • Click Check Address
  • Select School Year: 
  • Select the sport(s) you wish to register for

    • To add another sport, click “Add New Sport”

Step 3: Student Selection

  • Returning athletes should select their name from the “Choose Existing Student” dropdown

Step 4: Complete Registration

Complete all required sections:

  • Student Information
  • Medical History and Upload Physical
  • Signature  Forms

Clearance Confirmation

  • Once registration and physical upload are complete, the athlete will be reviewed by the Athletic Trainer
  • Clearance is not automatic
  • It may take several days to receive the confirmation email

It is normal for the summary screen to show “Uncleared” until approval is complete
